Booking policy

1. We accept reservations by phone or email

2. Booking confirmation shall be sent to your e-mail address

3. A non-refundable advance payment shall be payable within 3 days by bank transfer to the account specified in the booking confirmation

4. The amount of the advance payment is: 50% for up to 7 days’ stay and 30% for over 7 days’ stay

5. Costless change of the arrival date is possible only within the period of 1 week from the booking date. (Note: Not applicable to bank holidays)
